After an employee is observed or reviewed, the impact of the associated feedback is directly correlated with how long it takes for that feedback to be delivered. If feedback occurs more than 48 hours after a participant is observed, the likelihood that feedback is implemented greatly diminishes. EdConnective feedback occurs 48 hours or less after each observation, positioning our participants to see lasting changes in practice.
