As students learn at home, check out these free resources to add some creativity and adventure to your students’ learning routines. 

Virtual Field Trips

  1. Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens Home Safari Each day at 3:00 p.m. EST

  2. AdventuresinFamilyhood.com offers 20 links to virtual tours of museums, zoos, aquariums, and a variety of famous world attractions.

  3. Totallythebomb.com offers 33 links to National Park tours. 

  4. The American Dairy Association website hosts virtual farm tours for ages 4 through high school.

  5. Romper.com includes links to virtual tours of Disney World, including riding a virtual roller coaster!

  6. Titlemax.com blog post includes a list of virtual field trips across the United States!

Art

  • Lunch Doodles with Mo Willems teaches children how to draw everyday at 1:00pm ET 

  • Art for Kids Hub provides free art tutorials and guided drawings

  • Author Ben Clanton is live on Facebook everyday at 11am PDT providing art lessons for children of all ages.

  • McHarpor Manor provides live arts and crafts tutorials on Facebook Live daily at 1 pm.

  • Art teacher Cassie Stephens provides art lessons utilizing common household items. See Facebook for live schedule.

  • HP provides free printable worksheets for kids, including coloring, activity, and game sheets.

  • GoNoodle.com provides an array of free movement videos, such as dance, yoga, and much more!

  • Cosmic Kids Yoga tells a story through age-appropriate yoga poses. Available on YouTube.

  • NinjaZone offers free online classes live at 10 am daily on Facebook.
