EdConnective Resources for Learning Forward Virginia

EdConnective is proud to serve Learning Forward Virginia educators. Through non-evaluative, personalized interaction with expert educators, EdConnective helps teachers, administrators, and instructional coaches through virtual observation and practical feedback to help them maximize their own potential, and for students in turn to maximize theirs. Below are a number of free resources available to Learning Forward educators including workshop recordings, blog posts, and teacher experiences with EdConnective.

Trauma Informed Leadership: Practical Strategies for Lead Educators (+ Bonus Coverage)

Education leaders are struggling to find practical ways to support teachers. Teachers need to feel supported in ways that "supports" like new curriculum or new technology don't provide, mostly because those supports feel like "one more thing to do."
