1:1 Virtual Teacher Coaching: Every teacher gets access to an expert matched to their experience. No other form of PD has a greater impact than 1:1 coaching, and our unique model of virtual delivery holds many advantages to classroom learning. We don’t do virtual because we were forced to, but because it’s a best practice.
Small Group Coaching: When teachers face common problems of practice, small group coaching can be a fantastic way to address it, but maintain an element of 1:1 personalized coaching.
Group Training: This is NOT a ‘sit and get’ PD, our expert coaches lead an engaging interactive experience for staff and teachers that will leave them with practical strategies they can use immediately. Perfect for your next professional learning day.
1:1 Coach the Coach: As a school administrator, this is a great option for you to get the support you need to be an effective leader. Our flexible format allows for coaching of instructional coaches who are doing observation and teacher feedback themselves, or for Principals and AP’s who just want a little extra support from a 3rd party outside the school.
Why Virtual Coaching Impacts Student Outcomes?
The level of intensity necessary to impact student outcomes through teacher growth is often difficult for instructional coaches or lead educators to achieve. In order to ensure impactful instructional coaching, 3 numbers matter:
3 Numbers Matter
1: Coaching must be 1:1 to maximize impact.
6: To be habit-forming, observation and feedback should take place 1 time per week for at least 6 weeks.
48: Feedback must happen within 48 hours of observation. More than that, and the impact of the feedback declines steeply. It must be fresh!
All three must be present!

Retaining Teachers Through Listening and Empowerment
Where education leaders have faced teacher shortages, burnout, and changing classroom environments, retention is now top of mind. Teachers who feel supported are more likely to experience satisfaction and joy in teaching. In this edWebinar for school and district leaders, EdConnective expert coaches introduce practical, bite-sized strategies to support teachers through listening and empowerment. This webinar includes:
Discussion of the importance of locus of control in empowering teachers
Effective systems to increase teacher voice and maximize retention
Practice reframing and listening strategies to build trust with teachers
After this session, viewers understand some key motivators for teachers (and why they’re leaving at a high rate!), are able to apply an asset-oriented mindset to supporting teachers, and have a better understanding of how teachers can find empowerment from the support of a leader who not only listens, but also understands how to keep a growth mindset focused on the controllable.

Trauma Informed Leadership: Practical Strategies for Lead Educators (EdWebinar Recording)
Education leaders are struggling to find practical ways to support teachers. Teachers need to feel supported in ways that "supports" like new curriculum or new technology don't provide, mostly because those supports feel like "one more thing to do."
Through a lens of equity, EdConnective instructional coaches Dr. Natasha Ward (EdD) and Destiny Shantell Woodbury (M.Ed) provide practical strategies for lead educators to truly support teachers. This session will cover topics such as:
Building Strong and Supportive Relationships
Empowering Educators’ Agency
Exploring Individual and Community Identities
